UVC harnesses are about $20-25 from International PN 1830844C93 You should get less than 5 ohms across each injector (meter probe on center pin and injector return) Here's the pin sequence:įront pin = front cyl GP feed - should show ~1 ohm on a good GPĬenter pin = injector feed (common to all injectors) Take a look at the HARD/NO START thread in the FAQ subforum at the top of this forum for info about the 9-pin valve cover connector. ![]() You can check them with a multimeter to see if there's a short or open to confirm before pulling the valve cover. Your problem is very likely in the UNDER valve cover harness(es), which feed power to the injectors and glow plugs. Click to expand.Are you pulling the individual lead from the 9-pin connector on the outside of the valve cover gasket? or do you mean the 42-pin connector on top of the driver's side valve cover?
